六:用途:食品工业中作膨松剂,面团调节剂、缓冲剂、组织改进剂、固化剂、营养增补剂、鳌合剂等。如作焙制品、糕点膨松剂,面包、饼干的助酵剂、缓冲剂,果胶固化剂(凝胶作用),酵母食料,肉类制品组织改进剂等。用于酿造,可增进糖化力,提高发酵能力。

八.贮存与运输:本品应储于干燥通风库房中,运输过程中防止雨淋受潮,装卸时应轻装轻放,防止包装破损,存放时与有毒物品分开。
